Flight Arrangements

You can make reservations through Concur or contact travel@promega.com if you need assistance. It takes about an hour to go from the Airport to the Lyon Training Center.

Arriving: If you are arriving at the St Exupery International Airport in Lyon:
In order to arrange a taxi to pick you up at the airport, we must have your flight schedule at least 15 days before your arrival! Look for a Promega sign in the arrival hall.
 

If you booked your own Hotel: Take a taxi in front of the arrival hall.
 

If you are arriving by train to Lyon: There are 2 stations the main one is Part Dieu, the second one is Perrache.

 

Again we can arrange for the pick-up in one of the 2 stations. Please contact Isabelle Schotter and specify which train station you will be arriving at.

The Hotel des Artistes is a 3-star hotel, ideally located in Lyon city center.  You’ll be able to explore the museums, shops and the old town – and stroll along the banks of the Saône and Rhône rivers.  Enjoy Lyon-style gastronomy in the restaurants close to the hotel. Free WiFi is available in the lounge and breakfast if offered from 7am – 11am.

Transportation Resources
If you are staying at a hotel other than the Hotel pre-arranged by the Lyon Training Center you are responsible for arranging transportation between the hotel and Promega.
There are also many taxi companies in Lyon. We work more specifically with :
