Visa Letters

To request a visa letter for travel to training events, please fill out the Visa Request Form. You will be contacted by SAT-Events@promega.com with your Visa Letter or any follow-up questions within 3 business days.

Flight  Arrangements

Promega Travel can assist with your travel arrangements.  Please contact Promega’s travel department at travel@promega.com or 1.608.298.4678.

Dane County Regional Airport is the closest airport to the Promega campus (10 miles / 16km). The closest major international airport is O'Hare International Airport, located in Chicago, Illinois.

You’ll need to arrange transportation to and from the airport and Promega. See the list of available Transportation Resources below. 

 

Hotel Accommodations
We’re offering hotel accommodations with The Concourse Hotel, located in downtown Madison just off the capitol square. The Governor’s Club rooms include complimentary continental breakfast, top-shelf cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts in the Governor’s Club Lounge. Your registration will reserve a room at the Concourse for the training. If you would like other hotel options, please reach out to Nichole Augustynowicz at SAT-Events@promega.com​ for assistance.

Transportation Resources
Transportation will NOT be provided on a daily basis. Union Cab or Uber are great resources.

Hotel Shuttle: Dane County Regional Airport is the closest airport to the training and hotel (10 miles / 16km). The Concourse Hotel offers a free shuttle to the hotel (Available 4:30 am AM to 11:00 PM). Taxis are available at the luggage claim area.

 

Bus Service: Van Galder Bus provides service from Chicago to Madison. Use the Madison stop at the UW Memorial Union.
